Backed by more than 19 years of extensive industry experience, Aaron began his career in 2000 with GEA Power Cooling, Inc. as an Applications Engineer. In 2008, Aaron joined ATCO in Business Development where he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibilities. As the ATCO Senior Manager of Business Development, Aaron led a high performing international team through global projects in Chile, Columbia, the UK, Israel, the U.S. and Canada.  Aaron successfully carried on in this position after the business was sold to Tri-West Capital Partners on December 31, 2015 – the beginning of INNOVA Global. In 2019, Aaron transitioned  to Parklane Mechanical Acoustics as a Sales and Business Development Manager and was responsible for expanding Parklane’s successful acoustic solutions business throughout the U.S. Recognized for his solid reputation of surpassing client expectations, Aaron was recruited by EnergyLink International in 2020 as a Project Manager where he continues to deliver the highest standards in quality execution and deliverables for our valued clients.

Aaron has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering & Petroleum Refining from the Colorado School of Mines.
