Colin began his construction career in 2006 at Spring Air Industrial Acoustics Ltd as a labourer, which progressed quickly into a Project Manager / Construction Foreman position. In this role he was responsible for site supervision of construction teams including safety, quality control and scheduling. Colin was recruited by ATCO Structures and Logistics in 2010 as a Project Manager where he was instrumental in the successful completion of projects up to $30MM. In 2012 he returned to Spring Air Industrial Acoustics as a Senior Manager, Construction where he oversaw all aspects of the industrial division of the Spring Air Group of Companies. Continuing to grow in his responsibilities, Colin joined INNOVA Global in 2016 as a Project Manager where he managed national and international industrial noise abatement and air emissions projects. In February of 2019 Colin transitioned to Horizon North as a Senior Project Manager, Modular Solutions and within five months was further promoted to Manager Commercial and Residential Programs, Modular Solutions. Colin then accepted a position with Merlin Integrated Solutions in October of 2019 to join their Senior Management Team as VP, Operations. Recognized for his strong leadership style and disciplined approach, Colin was recruited by EnergyLink in 2021 as a Senior Project Manager.

Colin received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the DeVry Institute of Technology in 2001. He has since supplemented his education with the successful completion of the Project Management Program and Foundations of Leadership Program at Mount Royal University as well as other industry related training, technical and leadership programs and certificates.
