With a distinguished career that spans more than 25 years Joe started as a Health and Safety / Human Resources Supervisor for Long Lake Forest Products in 1996. He was then promoted to Manager / Superintendent of Operations and Safety. In 2012 he transitioned to a Project Coordinator Role for Canadian Oil Sands Construction Limited. He was then recruited by Westlake Industries in 2013 where he held to key positions including Project Manager and Manager of Quality Programs. In 2020 he transitioned to AVL Manufacturing as the Quality Assurance Manager. Later, in 2021, Joe joined Battlefield International as their Quality Assurance Manager. Being recognized for his dedication to the highest quality standards, disciplined approach and ingenuity, Joe was recruited by EnergyLink in 2022 to lead the Quality division as Manager of Quality.

With a diverse skill set, Joe obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Brock University as well as Certification in Health and Safety from Seneca College. He has further supplemented his education with the successful completion of numerous programs and certifications including ISO, Materials Management, Project Management, APQP, SAP and Lean Manufacturing to name a few.
