Matt began his career at Hamon Deltak Inc. (a Subsidiary of Hamon Corporation) as a Mechanical Engineer in 2006. His disciplined approach and demonstrated expertise would lead to further advancements within the organization including Applications Engineer in 2007 and Product Manager in 2011. In 2013 he joined INNOVA Global as a Product Manager, specializing in HRSGs. In 2018 he transitioned to HGA Architects and Engineering where he acted as the Senior Mechanical Engineer. Recognized for his leadership capabilities and strong commitment to client excellence, Matt was recruited by EnergyLink International in 2022 as the Manager of Business Development with a primary focus on developing and fostering OEM relationships through innovative and value-added solutions.

Matt graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2007 with A Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Mechanical Engineering. In 2012 he obtained his Professional Engineer designation from The Minnesota Board of AELSGAGID.  He has further supplemented his education with the successful completion of numerous programs and certifications.
