Personal Experience
Ken’s management experience began in 1997 as a Material Prep Supervisor for S&L Fabricating. In 2011 he joined Chill-Con / Henry Technologies as a Material Prep and then Maintenance Supervisor. Ken successfully carried on in this role for 11 years before being recruited by ATCO Emissions Management as Construction, Project Manager. Ken’s demonstrated expertise and strong work ethic led to a variety of promotions within the company, which later evolved into INNOVA Global. These roles included Manager of Field Services for Retrofit Division and Co-Director of Manufacturing. In 2019 Ken joined EnergyLink International as Director, Manufacturing where his in-depth understanding of noise control and environmental services continues to provide comprehensive insights and innovative solutions for our valued clients.
A graduate of Hagersville Secondary School, Ken has further supplemented his education with the successful completion of numerous programs and certificates including OSHA 30 Construction Industry Hazard Recognition from the University of California and STS-Construction from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
